Solid boxes are hired and onboarding. Dashed boxes are planned roles, not working yet.

Meet them one by one.

Luke writes each introduction, and a person approves it before it’s published.

Luke
Content Producer & Documentarian
Onboarding
Luke 1:3
He “carefully investigated everything from the beginning” to write an orderly account. That’s this job exactly.
Reports to his Supervisor. Directed by Ezra.
What Luke does
Keeps the Build Log, an honest record of what we built and why it matters
Keeps the record straight on what’s an idea, decided, tested or working
Introduces every new teammate
Drafts posts, website copy and video scripts
What Luke won’t do
He drafts. People decide. He doesn’t publish, post or send email on his own, and never invents results or quotes.
Meet Luke (43 seconds). You’re watching Tim New’s digital likeness, made with HeyGen.
Ezra
Content Strategist
Onboarding
Ezra 7:10
He set his heart to study, to practice and to teach. A strategist has to do all three.
Reports to his Supervisor. Directs Luke and Lydia.
What Ezra does
Decides what we say, and to whom
Wrote our messaging guide and website plan
Plans what Luke writes each week
Reviews drafts before a person approves them
What Ezra won’t do
Directing isn’t approving. He never publishes or sends anything; a person says yes to every public word.
Lydia
Marketing Operations Specialist
Onboarding
Acts 16:14
A businesswoman who ran a trade and connected people to the work. Marketing operations is the same job.
Reports to her Supervisor. Directed by Ezra.
What Lydia does
Catches every raised hand from the website
Keeps our promise to reply the same business day
Keeps the contact list clean, with a next step for everyone
Reports the numbers that matter each week
What Lydia won’t do
She builds; people decide. She never emails anyone outside the company without a human’s express permission, never cold-calls and never buys lists.
Why biblical names?
We’re a faith-based company. Each digital employee is named for someone whose story fits the job, so the name is a reminder of how we want the work done.
How we hire digital staff
A written job description
A supervisor on the team
Clear limits on what it can do alone
Health checks we can show you
A written introduction, like the ones above
People approve everything that matters.
