DigitalOrgChart.com is a service of Wisdom Networking Solutions LLC, d/b/a Onsite Logic, 8700 Monrovia Street, STE 310, Lenexa, KS 66215 (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
The short version. We use AI extensively, including to read and respond to what you send us. Unless a written agreement signed by us says otherwise, we make no promise that information you share through this website will be kept private or confidential. Please don’t send anything through this site that you need kept confidential, such as passwords, financial account numbers, health information or trade secrets.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, and anything you write in our forms or emails. If you become a client, we send quotes, agreements and payment requests to you directly, outside this website.
- What’s collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records basic visit information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of the visit. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. They use cookies and similar tools to show us how visitors use the site, and to measure and target our ads on Google and on Meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You can limit this through your browser settings, Google’s ad settings and Meta’s ad preferences.
How we use it
- To reply to you, set up calls, and deliver the Map or other services you ask for.
- To send you follow-up and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
- To improve our website, our services and our digital employees.
AI and our digital employees
Our digital employees are AI. They may read, summarize, organize and draft replies to anything you send us, and that information may be processed by the AI providers we use. A person on our team stays responsible for decisions that matter. Our How We Use AI page explains more.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who run parts of our business for us, such as web hosting, our CRM, our email platform, scheduling, quoting and payment, analytics and advertising (Google and Meta), and AI providers.
- Our affiliated company Onsite Logic, which powers DigitalOrgChart.com.
- Anyone we’re required to share with by law, or to protect our rights.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@onsitelogic.com. We’ll do what we reasonably can, subject to the law and our records needs.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or system is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of what you send us.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
